Payroll Specialist

About the Role RPMGlobal is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to coordinate the Australian payroll (including superannuation) functions of our business which is run through ADP managed services using Payforce.
You will be an experienced payroll officer with an understanding of Australian payroll, taxation and superannuation requirements. You will be a knowledgeable user of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel with experience running monthly payrolls in a corporate environment.
This is a permanent part-time role, 24 hours per week, based in our Brisbane CBD headquarters.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute the entire payroll function for Australian employees.System maintenance including maintaining data quality.Perform efficient payroll processing and resolution of payroll issues.Management of EOFY payroll processes.Ensure appropriate governance and audit compliance.Produce and support internal reporting requirements.Compliance with statutory legislative requirements.Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders.Provide first-class customer service to all internal customers.Experience with BambooHR is desirable.About You Experience in a payroll processing role in Australia.Experience working in a corporate environment would be highly advantageous.Working knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.Ability to interpret Awards, PAYG, payroll tax, and other legal requirements.Exceptional attention to detail.Legally work in Australia.About RPM RPMGlobal is the mining industry's leading advisory and consulting, enterprise technology, and training provider and has been at the forefront of change and innovation in the mining industry for over 50 years.
