This year we'll celebrate our 30 years in care, we now have 5000+ employees and due to an internal project, we have an opportunity for a highly proficient Payroll Specialist to join our team on a contract basis until July 2025. In the role of Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for delivering a range of quality payroll services including fortnightly payroll processing, issue resolution, responding to a variety of employee pay queries and you will ensure that all salary and other allowance payments are made consistent with the appropriate Industrial Instrument (e.g. Employment Agreements and Awards). To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in a similar role processing payroll for 500+ employees - Essential Strong knowledge of contemporary payroll processing practices & standards Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements applicable to payroll processing & payments Demonstrated experience using ichris or Chris21 payrollsystem & Humanforce preferred Ability to work collaboratively & effectively in a team environment Excellent written & verbal communication, interpersonaland customer service skills Ability to provide evidence of Covid Immunisations Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services & retirement living across NSWand SE QLD.
