About the role: The Payroll Solution Designer sits within the Technology business and works closely with the P&C business unit to understand and meet specific payroll requirements. This role includes managing the Software Development Life Cycle, coordinating release processes, providing Tier 3 technical support, and ensuring compliance with IT change control processes.
