In this key role, you will ensure the accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages to all employees, while partnering with the business to provide subject matter expert advice to employees and senior management on key terms and conditions, processes, and the appropriate implementation of our Enterprise Agreement.
You will provide high-level governance of our payroll functions to meet reporting and compliance requirements, maintaining consistency and accuracy through internal controls and best practices.
We're seeking a dedicated professional who is experienced in making evidence-based decisions and recommendations, in addition to being a highly effective communicator with the ability to explain complex technical advice to varying levels of staff.
As the Payroll Services Manager, you will also drive continuous improvement of our payroll processes, providing contemporary insights and leading payroll initiatives across relevant workforce and system projects.
You will be instrumental in refining the framework for managing payroll at Parks Victoria, ensuring optimal operations and compliance.
