Your Impact You will sit within the Regional Hub and be responsible for supporting business priorities through the execution, day to day management and coordination of payroll and related services in the "Hire-to-Retire" process.
You will lead a Payroll team and ensure execution of the key Payroll SLA's, delivery and day to day operations.
You will ensure enhanced business user experience and drive service improvement across the "Hire-to-Retire" process area in partnership with stakeholders across HR, Payroll Compliance and the wider business.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role Key responsibilities: Lead and manage a payroll team responsible for the execution of "Hire-to-Retire" payroll process activities for Asahi Beverages Australia and New Zealand including: time and attendance/timesheet management, pay run execution, payroll data quality, leave management, superannuation, relevant taxation, compliance to employee relations legislation and regulations across relevant jurisdictions and more.Forward planning and team rostering to ensure achievement of payroll accuracy and achievement of all required payment timelines to team members and 3rd parties.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve escalated issues related to Payroll operational matters.Provide input into the Human Resource Services strategy and associated roadmap, aligned to overall Business Services strategy.Provide input and support implementation of the roadmap for Payroll optimisation program, aligned to the overall Business Optimisation, Automation and Integration strategy.About you: Proven experience as a Payroll Lead or similar managerial role (multi-regional or multi-business unit) leading a high performing payroll team.Demonstrated experience, understanding and application of relevant industry Awards as it relates to payroll, leave management and related HR regulatory requirements.Experience and skills in continuous improvement frameworks (eg Six Sigma, Lean) highly desirable.Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A strong forward thinking and business mindset.Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline highly preferred.Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
