About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Process Specialist to join a dynamic organisation based in Brisbane's CBD.
This permanent full-time role offers the chance to lead process improvement initiatives, optimise payroll processes, and ensure effective communication and training for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Create and update detailed payroll process maps and work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency in payroll tasks.
Drive end-to-end process improvement projects, delivering measurable benefits to the organisation.
Evaluate current payroll workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined, optimised processes.
Partner with internal teams to ensure process changes align seamlessly with business operations.
Maintain compliance with relevant payroll laws, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements to uphold accuracy and legality.
About You: To excel in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in payroll operations or process optimisation roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of payroll systems, legislation, and compliance requirements.
