Reporting to the HR Manager, this position requires an individual with a strong understanding of MicrOpay, and the ability to work independently. The opportunity is a stand-alone payroll position, processing 200 employees across Aus/NZ. Client DetailsThis industry leading manufacturing company has a significant global presence and employs over 10,000 people worldwide.DescriptionManage the end-to-end payroll process using MicrOpayEnsure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accuratelyGather information on hours worked for each employeeCalculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.Verify data by comparing it to source documentsResolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing informationMaintain payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering dataContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededProfileThe successful candidate should have:A strong understanding of the MicrOpay systemHands on end-to-end payroll experienceExcellent numerical and computer skills, including Microsoft Applications (excel)The ability to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and employeesJob OfferNegotiable salary depending on experienceOpen to part time (4 days) or full time (5 days) candidates On-site parkingTo apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
