Details of the offer

As part of our Finance & Admin group, the Payroll Officer will be responsible for providing support to the Payroll Manager.
Further, the successful candidate will provide on-time and accurate delivery of:
Process fortnightly payroll accurately and distribute to staff promptly Manage payroll inquiries and maintain payroll records Stay updated on payroll legislation and interpret awards and EBAs Assist in setting up new employees and processing changes Prepare various reports and government forms This is .6 FTE part time role
About you Your skills and experience will include:
Experience in high volume, dynamic payroll Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures, calculations, and relevant legislation Understanding of industrial agreements and modern awards Proficiency in using payroll software and systems High level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail Customer service focus with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise large workloads Ability to work cooperatively in a busy team environment and to be flexible Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards your work Ability to maintain confidentiality
