Milestone IT are partnering with a great healthcare organisation who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team in the Melbourne head office.
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator who will learn and contribute to the successful payroll for our client on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure Accuracy and Compliance: Process payroll in accordance with organisational policies and legal requirements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.Time Management: Efficiently manage time and attendance records, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll cycles.Benefit Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring employees have seamless access to their benefits.Data Integrity: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Problem Solving: Address and resolve payroll-related queries and issues promptly and professionally.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and benefits administration.Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office Suite; IChris or Chris21 would be advantageous.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Why Apply?
