Payroll Officer

Working with an organisation in Altona, we are looking for an experienced end to end payroll officer to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role would suit someone with 2-4 years of experience running complex end to end payroll processes over several EBA's and a person who is passionate about payroll and growing their skills in this field.
The role: Effectively processing end to end payroll across weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runsFacilitating payroll adjustments for salary increments, setting up new hires, calculation and processing of termination payment and other deductionsAssist with month end process and reconciliations, including information for superannuation, payroll tax and workcover paymentsProvide timely, accurate payroll advice and support to employees and managers.The right candidate will have: 2-4 years end to end payroll experienceWorking with pay runs of over 300 employeesExperience using any larger well-known payroll system, e.g SAP, Chris21, ADP, Preceda, PayGlobal etcExperience using multiple awards and the ability to interpret EBAsA passion for payroll and a want to learn and grow your skillsetHigh attention to detail and accuracy skillsGreat communication skills and the ability to form good internal relationshipsIntermediate excel skillsThe company: Located in Altona, with parking onsite4 days in the office, 1 day working from homeSalary depending on experience between $85,000-$90,000 + superGreat training providedCandidates must have full unrestricted working rightsIf this role sounds of interest to you please apply today as we will be reviewing applications as they are submitted.
