Your new companyAn educational institution in Townsville, is in search of a Payroll Officer to support their payroll team during a critical system migration. This role offers a full-time commitment of 38 hours per week on a temporary basis for 4 months, with the potential for an extension. The position is available for immediate start.Your new roleThe Payroll Officer will be instrumental in overseeing daily payroll functions, offering support to colleagues and facilitating fortnightly payroll processing using iChris. As the organisation transitions to a new HRIS platform, the role will also encompass providing pivotal support during the system migration.What you'll need to succeedThe preferred candidate will have previous payroll experience and be available for a temporary assignment. They value a positive outlook, exceptional attention to detail, and the flexibility to transition seamlessly between various projects.What you'll get in returnIn return for your expertise, the payroll officer will receive a casual hourly rate of $46.06 -$48.29 corresponding to the AO5 level.
