About the role: TP Human Capital are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our client's Townsville based team.
We have two opportunities available, one permanent full time the other a 12-month fixed contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
This role involves managing employee data, providing payroll support, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Process accurate & timely fortnightly payrolls, adhering to legislation & company policies.Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination, including system updates & documentation.Maintain employee data (superannuation, child support, etc.)
and generate reports.Ensure compliance with awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll regulations.Provide payroll & time & attendance system training.Handle ad-hoc payroll tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3 years end-to-end payroll experience.Advanced MS Office skills (Excel essential).Time & attendance system experience preferred.Strong understanding of payroll legislation & compliance.Excellent organisational & attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines.Applications: To apply for this position please click "Apply Now" below.
