We also have an uncompromising attitude to the safety of our employees, clients and customers.The roleProcessing & Admin:• Assist with administering payrolls, month end consolidation and processing support as required.• Check and audit payrolls, ensuring legislative and award compliance and internal reporting requirements such as annual leave and intercompany.• Maintain payroll system and leave planning system.• Liaise with staff and management on payroll related queries.Queries & Service Desk Management:• Ensure all payroll queries are investigated and resolved promptly and satisfactorily and in accordance with agreed SLA's.• Support Payroll Services Manager with specific data reporting needs, including identifying developing appropriate solutions to fulfilment system/data needs of the business.Customer Service:• Provide a professional service to the business by welcoming all clients, visitors and guests in a friendly manner.• Ensure all visitors sign in the visitors' book, are inducted and are given visitor badges.• Provide the correct response regarding Company structure/Information.• Follow company guidelines and procedures with managing sensitive information.What you bring• At least 2-5 years' experience as a Payroll Officer in Australian and NZ payroll processing environment.• Strong knowledge of Australian and NZ payroll.• Good experience working with MS Office, Payroll and Time and Attendance systems required.• Experience in Sage MicrOpay is required.The benefits for youIn return, we offer competitive pay and benefits and a positive culture that embraces diversity and employee feedback.
