Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for our next experienced ANZ Payroll Officer to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based out of our Prospect site working Monday - Friday. We are flexible with working hours though a 07:00 AM start is preferred.
The role will suit someone excited by all things payroll, capable of delivering exceptional support to the Payroll Team Leader and Manager and business across the ANZ region while providing accurate and timely processing of the company payroll.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you are someone who has exceptional attention to detail and who prides themselves on being deadline-oriented and can maintain a high level of productivity. In this role, you will engage with a variety of operations and corporate staff and therefore will be expected to communicate appropriately with staff at all levels and work as a team player.
Some of your key functions:
End-to-end processing of ANZ payrolls in PrecedaMaintenance of payroll system and leave planning systemInterpreting awards/agreements and contracts concerning overtime and shift allowancesPayroll admin and reporting to meet internal and statutory obligationsCalculation and processing of termination paymentsProcessing increases and calculation of back payAssisting Payroll Team with month-end consolidation, reconciliation, and payment of payroll and group taxEnsuring all incidents, and accidents within control are reported and investigated
