As a leader in their industry, both nationally and across the globe, they are looking for a committed payroll officer to join the team and provide innovative ideas and improvements to encourage the success of the wider organisation.Job DescriptionReporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Conducting end-to-end payroll functions for offices, efficiently running to designated deadlines.Recording payroll data in required programs (incl. Employment Hero) and conducting accurate monthly payment runs.Upholding employee records and answering all enquiries related to payroll.Undertaking monthly journals in Employment Hero, ensuring full reconciliation, and assisting with end of month payroll duties.Assisting with any additional ADHOC tasks that may be required by the organisation.The Successful ApplicantWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer who has the ability to drive improvement processes within the team, as well as to think outside the box.
