Payroll Officer

Chandler Macleod is seeking a  Payroll Officer to join our client based in Adelaide for a full time temporary role starting ASAP until then end of February 2025.
The Payroll Officer reports to the Operational Team Leader and is responsible for processing fortnightly payroll, handling timesheets, and supporting payroll operations for employees.
Key Responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:  Process timesheets, salaries, and contracts accurately and on time.
Liaise with agencies via email to resolve incorrect timesheet submissions.
Ensure payroll data is entered with precision and maintain confidentiality.
To be suitable for this role you will have : Experience with payroll systems (Chris21 preferred but not essential).
Previous experiuence an Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Proven reliability and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
