Our vision is to be nationally recognised as the leading integrated community service provider, empowering people to live their best lives.Reporting directly to the National Payroll Manager, in this role you'll be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process and award interpretation in a collaborative and supportive environment.You will be expected to:Process weekly and fortnightly payroll for employees across SA, VIC, and QLD, including the onboarding of new starters, updates to employee master data, and handling terminations and redundancies.Maintain governance of employee costings, ensuring compliance with relevant industrial instruments, Modern Awards, National Employment Standards, ATO superannuation, and tax legislation.Respond to payroll-related queries in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring high levels of service.Complete month-end payroll requirements, including reconciliations and lodgements for Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Portable LSL, Workcover, and more.Prepare payroll-related reports for management and provide ad-hoc reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.To be considered, you will have:Demonstrated experience in a comparable payroll environment, with knowledge of end-to-end payroll functions.Working knowledge of modern awards and relevant legislation.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders at various seniority levels.High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively under strict deadlines.Adaptability and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a changing landscape.What can we offer you?Monthly celebrations to acknowledge the work ONCALL does.Birthday leave.Work from home flexibility, one day a week.A supportive and engaging manager.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.Sound Interesting?APPLY NOW as this opportunity won't last!
