We are currently seeking applications for a Full Time Payroll Specialist based in our Head Office in Tully.
Key responsibilities/accountabilities: End to end processing of weekly payroll Updating and maintaining payroll records Liaising with staff on payroll related queries Prepare and review daily payroll reports Review, edit and import face scanner timesheets into Meridian Prepare and lodge various reports according to accounting and legislative requirements Calculate and process payroll adjustments, terminations and complete ad-hoc payments Interpret employment contracts, policies, awards and relevant Fair Work provisions Ensure employee records such as deductions, leave entitlements, severance are kept accurate and up to date Skills and experience Exceptional written and oral communication skills Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills (must include formulas and report formatting) Modern award knowledge will be highly regarded Micropay Payroll System and high-volume payroll experience will be an advantage If you feel that you will be the right fit for Blenners, please CLICK APPLY NOW to proceed!
