As a key player in our daily operations, you'll be responsible for processing fortnightly and monthly payroll, ensuring everything is accurate and on time. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll manage employee leave, superannuation, payroll tax, and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.In this role, you'll be:Managing the fortnightly and monthly payroll processesEnsuring accuracy in employee leave entitlements, superannuation, and payroll taxResponding to payroll-related queries from employees and internal teamsHandling payroll-related reports and assisting with compliance tasksSupporting the Finance team with any ad-hoc tasks or reportingRoster: Monday - FridayLocation: Monford Head Office, PerthAbout YouWe are looking for a Payroll professional who:Has at least 2 years of previous payroll experienceIs highly detail-oriented with strong communication skillsCan manage deadlines and ensure timely and accurate payroll processingHas experience with payroll systems and is open to learning new software (Vista experience is a bonus!)Can handle employee leave, superannuation contributions, and other statutory obligationsIs a self-motivated, organised team player with excellent time management skillsHow to ApplyAt Monford, our RIPPA values-Resilience, Innovation, Positivity, Performance, and Approachable-define our culture and achievements.
