Our Opportunity 12 month contract Work Location:  Fortescue Centre & Bennett St. Fortescue's Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster:  Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Processing salaries and standard allowances, Change of Conditions, terminations and incentive payments.
Ensure compliance with relevant Federal and State legislation Administration and reconciliation of employee leave entitlements as well as employee deductions including payments to external parties Administration of employee superannuation in accordance with relevant legislation including remittance via web portal Maintaining confidentiality of payroll data with respect to privacy legislation Must be able to interpret Awards Qualifications and Experience Previous demonstrated experience in a similar Payroll Officer role with high volume data entry and validation High level of attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate MS Excel skills Demonstrated commitment of customer service, confidentiality & continuous improvement Previous experience with SAP is highly desirable Previous experience in the Mining Industry / Resourcing Sector is highly desirable but not necessary  About Us Be part of something big.
