We deliver fit-for-purpose SAP solutions for our customers by utilising the extensibility capabilities of the SAP Business Technology Platform.
Due to our continued expansion in Australia and Asia, we seek a Payroll Officer to join our Finance team.This role will require you to be in the office in the Perth CBD Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. The Role
You will be taking the lead to process the Australian payroll on a monthly basis as well as performing all other associated payroll functions, which include, but are not limited to:
Processing weekly timesheets Processing ad-hoc payroll payments (bonuses, commissions, terminations etc.
) Processing and lodging payroll compliances Maintenance of employee records Building relationships at all levels across the business to ensure an efficient payroll process Handling payroll queries Providing advice to senior management Providing support to the finance team as required This role is supported by the wider finance team, which provides access to qualified accountants as required.

Your Skills & Experience Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated experience processing end-to-end payroll and related tasks Flexibility and capability to meet multiple emerging competing deadlines within tight timeframes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (or similar) Excellent verbal and written communication skills KeyPay Payroll Software experience (desirable) Experience using Microsoft Office products – Excel & Outlook Comfortable working both independently or in a team, as required You must have solid communication skills, keen to learn and proactively adapt to continually changing environments and technologies.
