Payroll Officer

This Tech organisation based in Melbourne CBD is seeking and end to end payroll officer with 2-3+ years experience.
Working on outsourced payroll for organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
The role: Working with a small portfolio of outsourced clients in a team processing payruns fortnightly and monthlyEffectively coordinating end to end payroll operationsFacilitating payroll adjustments for salary incrementsReconciliations of employee pay and accrued leave entitlementsPerform month end process and reconciliations, including information for superannuation, payroll tax and workcover paymentsThe successful candidate will have: Full end to end payroll experience for 2-3+ yearsExperience working with payruns of over 300 employeesPreviously worked with large payroll systems such as Chris21, SAP, PayGlobal or ADPNew Zealand payroll experience (desired but not essential)Great communication skills and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholdersExperience with multiple awards and ability to interpret EBAsIntermediate excel skillsThe company: Melbourne CBD location, close to public transportWorking from home for two days offered after the initial training period of 3 monthsDiverse team with optional social events monthlySalary depending on experience between $85,000-$90,000 + super If this role sounds of interest, please apply here today as we will be reviewing applications as they come through.
