Your key responsibilities will include: Multi-entity fortnightly payroll 7,500+ employees, can be up to 10,000 at peak times Working across 9 Industry and Hospitality Awards Preceda Payroll Solution (it would be ideal if you have used this product before. But not essential) Integrated Time & Attendance - WFS – EmpLive Time & Attendance Solution FlareHR (integrated onboarding and HRIS) SharePoint employee intranet Fast-paced growing organisation with seasonal high team member turn over Exciting change and business improvement agenda This is a Monday - Friday hybrid role with free onsite parking available when at office There are many variables in this position, so the person needs to be open to all possible scenarios What you will bring to this role:
2+ years' experience in a payroll team Experience in a complex and fast-paced business (6,000+ employees desirable, but not essential) You're a pragmatic problem solver Customer service focused You take charge and personal accountability! Transparent communicator Change champion and ready for a challenge Resilient and able to manage frustrating situations A coach and advisor to non-payroll people on payroll matters Strong attention to detail Experience in multi-award payroll (desirable, but not essential) Experience with NZ payroll (desirable, but not essential) Experience in a franchise business (desirable, but not essential) Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) National Police Check What's in it for you?
