Helloworld Travel Limited is a travel-distribution company headquartered in Australia, providing international and domestic travel products and services to clients around the world.Publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:HLO), HLO is a global travel organization with a diverse array of brands across three key pillars of business: Retail, Wholesale and Inbound.Diverse Wholesale operations distribute travel products and services to markets all over the world, including household names such as Viva Holidays, Sunlover Holidays and GO Holidays operating in New Zealand.As trusted travel advisors, our passion is to provide expertise to the travel industry; we are the travel professionals.A day in the lifeReporting to the Payroll Manager, and part of a small dynamic team, you will work collaboratively and provide support for the processing of multiple payrolls across Australia and New Zealand.You will play a pivotal role in providing invaluable support to our key stakeholders, managing end to end payroll activities including weekly/fortnightly payroll processing, managing reconciliation and payment of PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation contributions and workers compensation.You will be responsible for:Preparation and end to end processing of on/off-cycle payrolls for AU/NZ within tight deadlines considering compliance with Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work legislation.Completion of all payroll activities related to onboarding and offboarding, including complex termination calculations and estimates.Ensure all timesheets, payroll hours and spreadsheets are collated, reviewed, and prepared in time for processing and payment.Generating payroll management reports, and compliance of all statutory obligations.Payroll administration in all elements of the employee lifecycle including electronic filing of records.About you:To be successful in the role, you need the following:Demonstrated experience in a fast paced and busy payroll environment in a similar position.Exceptional attention to detail and high level of numeric accuracy.Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under conflicting time pressures.Experience with MYOB-PayGlobal would be an advantage, however not essential.Why Choose Us?Opportunities for discounted travel.Career progression and support.Access to Employee Assistance Program.Discounted Health Insurance.Click 'Apply' to submit your Resume.Offer of employment is conditioned upon eligibility to work in Australia, successful completion of a police check and a Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.Only successful candidates will be contacted.
