How you can help make a better world of work Culture Amp is currently looking for a Payroll Officer, a new and exciting role that has recently openedup within our Finance Team due to the company's fast growth, the increasing number of employeeswe're looking to hire and expand into new regions globally. You will be involved in multipleaspects of payroll for our Australian and international entities, assisting with the preparation andprocessing of our semi-monthly and monthly global payrolls.

As part of this team of amazing humans,

You will Prepare and process our global payroll for 750, and growing, employee count, ensuring compliance with local legislation. Maintain payroll masterfiles within ADP to ensure employee changes are captured correctly. Prepare calculation sheets & schedules, payroll tax filings and other compliance requirements as needed. Prepare GL upload files and assist with Balance sheet & P&L reconciliations Partner closely with our People & Experience and IT teams to ensure ad hoc changes to payroll are captured and processed correctly in payroll. Respond timely to employee inquiries on payroll related matters and assist with various payroll reporting and analysis. You have Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience processing Australian & New Zealand payroll. If you also have experience in the UK and/or the US, that would be great! Experience using ADP Payforce and strong Excel skills (VLookups, SUMifs, Pivot tables and other formulas). Understanding of accounting, taxation and finance concepts as it relates to payroll, or a willingness to learn this. You are Highly organised with the ability to work independently, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members based on a different time zone (US East Coast based), and with the wider Finance team based in Melbourne. Adaptable to a fast paced and changing work environment while remaining detail focused with a high level of accuracy. Enthusiastic, strong work ethic and motivated to learn. Able to be flexible with your working hours to ensure sufficient / maximum crossover with the US/UK.
