About Our Client My client is a young niche and fast growing organisation. Operating in the hospitality industry nation-wide, headquarters are located in Brisbane and they are looking at expanding and growing their team. The company has been in operation for 10+ years, and are a very stable organisation who are one of the market leaders in their field.
Job Description Ultimately this is a newly created position, with the intention of the role being to bring in-house the payroll process, that has been until now, done by an external provider.

The role will be a full function, end-to-end payroll processing role, operating as a standalone payroll officer you will have support within the team who are able to cover you when necessary.

Key duties include:
End-to-end payroll processing for 200-300 staff.Leading the project to bring the payroll in-house from an entirely outsourced provider.Partnering with stakeholders across Australia to ensure accurate payroll processes.Improving processes within the payroll function and supporting the wider finance team. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have:
Operated in a full function, end-to-end payroll processing role.Strong attention to detail with high accuracy. A proactive approach to their role, active initiative to improve processes.Ideally a strong understanding of the hospitality award.Experience leading a change project within in payroll, ideally bringing outsourced payroll in-house. What's on Offer I have a competitive salary & package on offer for this role:
Salary in the range of $90,000 - $110,000 + superannuation depending on experience.Hybrid WFH arrangement - 1 day per week WFH.Hardworking, yet easy going team environment.
