About Our Client My client is a young niche and fast-growing organization operating in the hospitality industry nationwide. The headquarters are located in Brisbane, and they are looking to expand and grow their team. The company, a stable organization and market leader in their field, has been in operation for over 10 years.
Job Description Ultimately, this is a newly created position intended to bring in-house the payroll process, previously handled by an external provider.

The role involves full-function, end-to-end payroll processing, operating as a standalone payroll officer with team support available when needed.

Key duties include:
End-to-end payroll processing for 200-300 staff.Leading the project to transition payroll in-house from an outsourced provider.Collaborating with stakeholders across Australia to ensure accurate payroll processes.Enhancing processes within the payroll function and supporting the wider finance team.The Successful Applicant Experience in full-function, end-to-end payroll processing.Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.Proactive approach with the initiative to improve processes.Preferably, a good understanding of the hospitality award.Experience in leading a change project in payroll, particularly bringing outsourced payroll in-house.What's on Offer Competitive salary & package:Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 + superannuation (depending on experience).Hybrid WFH arrangement: 1 day per week WFH.Hardworking yet easy-going team environment.
