About the Role:
Our client currently has opportunities for an experienced Payroll Officer to work within their Head Office. They are seeking someone who is eager to continue their Payroll career and work within a fast-paced environment. They are after someone who is confident using (iChris / Chris 21) software. This position is a contract however a permanent position may be considered for the right person.
Duties: Support the end-to-end payroll functionAnalyse payroll data including wages, salaries and bonusesSupport the Payroll Team Leader in documenting processesPerform payroll maintenance and ensure data is accurateEnsure employee files are up to dateFile employee/ payroll documentation electronicallyPerform duties as required eg. Assist with super, wage garnishmentProvide account administration duties Skills & Experience: Previous high volume payroll experience Excellent communication skillsTime management and organisational skillsProficient computer skillsAttention to detailAbility to work well under pressure & take initiative How to Apply:
