The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and maintaining accurate payroll records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities Include: Process payroll accurately and timely for employees in accordance with current Enterprise Agreements. Oversee all legislative payments and reporting obligations to external agencies and authorities, including PAYG, payroll tax, and superannuation. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll-related issues. Stay updated on payroll best practices and legislation. Role Located: Fairfield, NSW

Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance. Ability to interpret Enterprise agreements. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high level of confidentiality and integrity. Experience with NZ payroll and regulations would be advantageous. Ready to get started?
