About The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager the main responsibilities of the role include:
Full-function Payroll processing across multiple pay cycles Calculation and processing of Superannuation and Payroll Tax Calculation and processing of backpays, leave entitlements, and employee entitlements. Processing of terminations and redundancies Interpretation of Modern Awards and EBAs Responding to Payroll related inquiries Setting up and onboarding of new employees Other ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role

Demonstrated experience in the position accountabilities. An exceptional eye for detail, time management skills, and ability to work to deadlines You must be a strong problem solver with a can-do attitude. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A team player with a positive attitude.
