As a Payroll Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of fortnightly payroll within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.Key Responsibilities:Process pay files and manage pay-related processes, including system changes.Address complex payroll queries with professionalism and efficiency.Perform fortnightly master data entry, timesheet coding, and leave application processing.Meet daily targets and contribute to achieving team goals.Communicate effectively with internal staff, external agency employees, and clients.Identify and resolve issues while working independently and as part of a team.About You:To excel in this role, you'll bring:Proven payroll experience, with Chris21 knowledge highly regarded.Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).A demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Quick learning capability and adaptability to new systems and processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.AU$36 - AU$40 per hour
