About the Opportunity This position is required to assist the finance team with all aspects of the payroll and accounting functions.
Duties: Payroll duties: Responsibility with processing payroll 900+ employees and liaise with pay-office in Sydney for all pay queries, pay errors and changes to employee conditions; Respond and resolve employee queries related to payroll & employee benefits; Accurate record keeping of payroll documents; Ensure data extracted from UKG Pro is accurate prior to processing pays Establish strong understanding of Enterprise Agreement and Fairwork pay conditions; and Other duties as requested by CFO/HR Manager.
A pplicants should possess the following: At least 3 years' experience in payroll Knowledge of UKG Pro Dimensions (Kronos) and iChris would be highly regarded; Positive 'can do' attitude and a desire to exceed customer service expectations; Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and Clinpath 'Our Values'; A high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritise for the benefit of the business, better patient care, and excellent service; Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills; Strong communication skills, particularly in regard to payroll issues Excellent problem solving skills; Ability to prioritise workload; Professional, friendly and courteous manner, even under pressure; and COVID 19 vaccination and provide copy of certificate.
