The Role: Drive time & pay practice standardisation, automation, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the team.Carry out audit checks on a monthly basis.Process multiple time/attendance and all associated activity in line with monthly timelines.Lead the change management of newly implemented processes on sites or as applicable.Responsible for the successful evaluation, creation, implementation, and execution of time solutions in accordance with paid time off and pay practices and policies.Support Industrial Relations, P&C business partner teams, and Legal during union negotiations and contract renewals by providing requested data, analysis, and recommendations for system feasibility for time and attendance.Leadership, development, and performance management of the HR Time & Attendance Specialist roles.The Candidate: Strong knowledge of UKG Pro Timekeeper and other HR systems.SAP/SuccessFactors experience would be a bonus.Time knowledge and processing.Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.High attention to detail.If you or someone you know is looking for a new role at the moment, contact me today at .
