$109,738 to $115,581 p.a plus Superannuation Full Time Ongoing For further details contact Joanne Fry on +61 3 5225 0692 Reporting directly to the Manager Financial Analysis and Planning, the incumbent is required to ensure the accurate recording of salary and wage related information and provide timely reporting in line with the Gordon's accounting systems and government agencies including the Australian Taxation Office.
General employee wage and benefit enquiries as well as complex budget wage costings, agreement interpretation and liability reporting are the responsibility of the incumbent.
The incumbent is required to provide expert advice to the business by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and offering responsive and timely responses to information requests.
This role is responsible for the timely and accurate payment of all wages, group tax, PAYG, payroll tax and compulsory superannuation.
In addition, the Payroll Manager is responsible for both the financial and taxation end of year reporting meeting both ATO requirements including the Single Touch Payroll lodgement, WorkCover Reconciliations and annual lodgement and all associated payroll requirements as well as compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
The role is also responsible for managing workflows and training of direct reports.
