This rapidly growing company is seeking a dynamic individual to lead their payroll team and drive innovative solutions.Position Overview: As the Payroll Manager, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer.
Your background in fast-paced payroll services will enable you to provide effective guidance and mentoring to your team.
With several new projects on the horizon, we need someone motivated by finding smarter and better solutions.Key Responsibilities:Mentor, develop, and guide direct reports within the Payroll Team.Ensure compliance with all statutory payroll requirements.Continuously review payroll processes to achieve best practices.Manage relationships with internal parties and external suppliers.Assist with payroll administration for weekly and monthly pay cycles.Oversee internal and external payroll reporting, including costing reports, general ledger reconciliations, overtime, LSL, Superannuation, etc.Project manage payroll system migrations and integrations due to business acquisitions and mergers.Handle month-end reporting.Qualifications:Proven experience as a hands-on People Manager in a fast-paced environment.Extensive payroll experience in complex, multi-site, multi-agreement organizations.Ideally, a background in Blue Collar payroll.Strong knowledge of Payroll Legislation and the Fair Work Act.Experience with large volume pay runs.Proficiency in Excel.Experience with iChris and time and attendance systems.Calm and collaborative personality, ready to identify and implement process improvements.If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, apply now to join their team and make a significant impact.Apply today or email ****** or call Vanessa 0408920345 for further information.Please note our office will be closed 25th December to 3rd January.
