We are currently working with a reputable organisation in the Logistics Sector, looking to add additional expertise into the team.

This is a newly created position, in order to manage an outsourced payroll function.Culture and BenefitsHybrid, working from home flexibilityFlexible Office location Inner City or Western Suburbs with parking on-siteDutiesIn this role, you will initially work alongside the project implementation specialist who is managing the system transition project, working with the vendor, implementing optimisation strategies, and driving the inhouse to outsourced as smoothly as possible.
This is a newly created position and the opportunity is ideal for an experienced Payroll Manager looking to take on a new standalone challenge.Duties:Initially worked alongside the project specialist for the implementation and transition from old system to ADPAct as the conduit between the business and outsourced providerManage the payroll functionProblem solve and troubleshoot any issues that arisePlan process improvements - people, systems and processesAssist with system upgrades, new releases & configuration changes as needed.Ensure smooth payroll functionality alongside the system transitionProvide support to the internal and external stakeholdersSkills + ExperienceStrong understanding of ADP is essentialStrong payroll technical abilitiesProven experience in managing a payroll functionProven experience with multi site and time clock experienceAbility to troubleshoot and problem solve system errors, and maintain the system, ensuring a smooth functionExcellent experience across complex EBA's & legislative requirementsStrong rapport building in both written and verbal with internal and external stakeholdersHow to ApplyThis is a fantastic opportunity for a well-established Payroll Manager to showcase their skills and experience in a highly supportive, collaborative and growing team environment.
