This role manages a skilled payroll team and ensures compliance with all relevant laws and Warrigal's Enterprise Agreements. The Payroll Manager drives best practices to streamline and optimise payroll processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.Working closely with teams across Finance, Rostering, People & Culture, and IT, the Payroll Manager helps integrate systems, resolve discrepancies, and align payroll processes with broader organisational goals.
