Payroll Manager$130,000 - $140,000 + Super + Bonus | North Sydney NSW 2060 | 4 Days WFHBe instrumental in identifying & actioning process improvements, driving change!Strong payroll project background and the ability to manage end-to-end BAU operations.THE CLIENTA fast-growing FMCG organisation is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager with fresh ideas and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with HR and Finance to dive under the hood of the payroll team, identifying and actioning process improvements.BENEFITSFull backing from HR and Finance to drive change within the payroll team.Make a difference and have a voice regarding identifying and actioning process improvements and being involved in huge growth within the company.Have the ability to make changes, document processes, and the option to change systems later down the line - Running the full project and choosing potential vendors.Up to 4 Days work from home.Discounts on products and services.Great diverse culture, close team-focused environment with social events.Feel valued, appreciated, and have the freedom to work autonomously.THE ROLEManage BAU and lead a team of 2, providing guidance to the team, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processing (Approx 300 Weekly & Monthly).Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations and support business growth.Project Management - Process mapping, System implementation, and integration.Reporting and Analysis, ensure compliance with PAYG, superannuation, tax, and month-end reporting requirements.Managing escalations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Work closely with the National Head of HR and CFO, being a key stakeholder in the Senior Leadership team.Manage data migration and cleansing. Review and potentially implement a new payroll system within 2-3 years.Foster a fun and passionate team environment aligned with company values.THE PERSONPayroll Management experience and strong leadership skills, ability to roll your sleeves up and assist where needed with BAU.Experience in transformation, process improvements / Implementation projects.Payroll Accounting experience for month-end reporting and analysis.Employment Hero is a nice to have but not essential.Excellent communication skills.Full working rights as this is a permanent role.If we have met/spoken before please feel free to call or email me directly as you will be a priority.
