Culture + Benefits: Circa $150,000 Flexible working environment Inner suburbs of Melbourne Autonomy to make changes and improve processes Exposure to senior leadership About the Role The role will oversee an existing team within Payroll, reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for; Duties Managing a team of up to 5ppl, and making sure the accuracy of end-to-end payroll of up to1500ppl Processing Superannuation and calculating tax End of the month & year reporting Training and mentoring a team Process improvement within Payroll and Systems Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements, including legislative requirements Provide an escalation point to the Payroll Team for complex pay queries Managing Audit and Investigation inquiries Skills and Experience 4+ years' experience in leading a team within end-to-end processing 4+ years' experience running a payroll with over 1000+ppl Experience utilising large payroll systems Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail & high level of accuracy and communication, both written and verbal Experience within project work will be highly regarded, system implementations, Remediations etc.
