About the Role Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, this is a "hands-on" manager role where you are fully responsible for delivering payroll for 1500 employees using Dayforce. You will be supported by a part-time Payroll Specialist.
Process fortnightly pay runs across 11 locations in Melbourne and Geelong. Administer payments and reconciliations of deductions, adjustments, superannuation payments, work cover, and payroll tax. Process monthly payroll reports. Respond to a broad range of payroll requests in a timely manner. Assist with payroll-related project management initiatives. Minimum Requirements 3 to 5 years payroll experience in a health or aged care environment. Strong understanding and interpretation of awards and agreements.
