Payroll Manager

Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, this is a "hands-on" manager role where you are fully responsible for delivering payroll for 1500 employees using Dayforce. You will be supported by a part-time Payroll Specialist.
Responsibilities Process fortnightly pay runs across 11 locations in Melbourne and Geelong Administer payments and reconciliations of deductions, adjustments, superannuation payments, work cover and payroll tax Process monthly payroll reports Respond to a broad range of payroll requests in a timely manner Assist with payroll related project management initiatives Benefits and Culture Attractive salary $120,000 plus superannuation Flexible hybrid work environment (1 day per week in the office in Bentleigh) Access to Flare benefits including employee discounts Collaborative and inclusive team culture with supportive management Confidential access to our Employee Assistance Program Minimum Requirements 3 to 5 years payroll experience in a health or aged care environment Strong understanding and interpretation of awards and agreements Exceptional customer service and communication skills Current and valid police check About Homestyle Aged Care Homestyle has cared for older Victorians for over 30 years.
