Key Responsibilities: Manage and upskill a small payroll team of 2 Oversee a fortnightly payroll of 1k+ employees Oversee and implement process changes and improvements Lead projects of payroll review and compliance checks Utilize and leverage Tech One, Tambla, and AlayaCare for efficient payroll management Ensure alignment with EBA (Enterprise Bargaining Agreement) and compliance with relevant awards, SCHADs Handle Single Touch Payroll (STP), tax, superannuation, etc. About You 5+ years of experience in Payroll with a proven track record of managing a small team Experience working on the SCHADs award or other complex EBA's would be ideal Experience with Tech One is an advantage You will have a passion for and experience in managing projects A team player with a can-do attitude Benefits Salary range $110k - $125k + Salary Packaging + Super 2-3 days working from home per week Engaging and rewarding work environment Your application will include the following questions:
