17 / 12 / 2024 Excellent Salary Package on offerInteresting & Varied Role - Flexible Working HoursPreceda / Dayforce experience is highly desirableReporting to the HR Director, you will be leading the payroll function, managing a payroll team and processing payroll for over 1000 employees end to end on Preceda / Dayforce.
This role would suit a hands-on Payroll Manager with strong experience in end-to-end processing using Preceda / Dayforce.

Responsibilities: Managing & Mentoring a payroll team and end-to-end payroll process on Preceda / Dayforce.Providing accurate information for the processing of payroll tax, superannuation, and other required information.Compiling statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to payroll, and submitting them to the appropriate people.Managing, verifying, and processing forms and documentation for the administration of benefits including the end of financial year PAYG.Administering payroll data as required.Keeping informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process.Preparing and balancing period-end reports, and reconciling issued payrolls to financial reports.Processing and issuing employee payslips within time frames.Ensuring compliance with employee and business confidentiality.Please apply below; or if you would like to discuss further, please contact Smitha / Elizabeth at TAPS Recruitment:
