Payroll / Kronos Consultant or Super User The Company
Are you a Kronos expert with a passion for optimising systems and ensuring seamless operations? We're looking for a Kronos Health Check Specialist to join a large well-known organisation and play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing the efficiency of Kronos. This proactive team eagerly awaits your expertise, where your skills will drive meaningful change and support their success.
The Position
In this key position, you'll perform a comprehensive health check of the Kronos system, identifying opportunities for optimisation, resolving any issues, and ensuring the system is running at peak performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement improvements, helping the organisation leverage the full potential of Kronos.
Conduct System Health Checks by assessing the current state of the Kronos, identifying performance gaps, and recommending improvements. Optimise Configuration, review and enhance configurations to ensure alignment with best practices and business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, diagnose system issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement effective solutions. Work with HR, IT, and operations teams to address any Kronos-related challenges and ensure smooth integration with other systems. Maintain detailed records, action plans, and resolutions, providing regular updates to stakeholders. The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience as a Kronos Consultant or Kronos Super User. Strong understanding of system optimisation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
