This company prides itself on fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for its staff to grow and develop further.- Global footprint- Continuous organic growth- Great place to work with brand new officesAbout your new jobThe role will see you deliver quality service across the Payroll & HR departments:Processing the weekly payroll for approximately 150 employeesManaging employment relations, issues, and queriesEnsure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirementsPrepare and maintain staff electronic personnel filesManage WHS, workers compensation claims management, and Return to Work protocolsEnsure legal requirements regarding health and safety are met and safe work practices are maintainedProviding advice on a diverse range of issues including Fair Work Act and modern award compliance, performance management, work restructuring, and termination of employmentReview, update and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, WHS, and company requirementsIdentify training and development needs and work with leaders to put plans in placeAssist with ongoing management of the Company policies including the COVID Safe PlanResponsible for the recruitment of new staffCreate and maintain updated documents such as position descriptions, forms, and templatesLead projects including system upgrades for the HR & Payroll departmentSupport all internal and external audits related to payrollAbout YouYou will be an experienced Payroll & HR professional.
