The Opportunity In your new role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimising Transgrid's payroll systems, which includes SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, and WFS). You will lead operational support efforts, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver payroll system enhancements and integrations.
This position ensures the smooth operation of the EC, ECP and WFS platforms, oversees the implementation of system enhancements, and coordinates with connected systems to maintain integrity and performance.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to simplify complex and technical concepts and strong problem-solving abilities to tackle technical challenges.
About You Demonstrated experience in Workforce Software (WFS) and with SAP Integration Suite and a proven track record of managing replication between EC and ECP.Strong understanding of payroll business processes, including compliance requirements and system integrations.Exceptional coordination skills to oversee end-to-end enhancement deliveries, facilitating effective collaboration with Payroll and downstream system administrators.Manage external vendors, including AMS (Application Management Services) support provider and SAP.ITIL certification and demonstrated experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.Proven ability to develop and maintain custom scripts, extensions, and workflows.Recognition & Reward In return for your hard work, we have numerous benefits and initiatives to support you personally and professionally including but not limited to private health insurance discount, motor vehicle lease plan, career development support, study assistance program and workplace flexibility.
