About the role
We have two exciting Full time Payroll Coordinator roles available with one coordinator for Australia and the other covering both Australia and New Zealand.
You will provide high quality, accurate and timely payroll services to the I-MED network employees, managers and the business overall, ensuring compliance, a focus on efficiency and the provision of excellent customer service, to promote and enhance engagement and satisfaction across the business.
Key Accountabilities
Processing of Employee Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages and other remuneration to all staff and doctors. Management of Employee Payroll Files: Maintain the accuracy of the employee payroll files, in accordance with company policies and procedures, including ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements. Delivery of high-level customer service: Respond to enquiries from staff, doctors and managers regarding payroll-related matters in a prompt, helpful and confidential manner. Management of Employee salary packaging requirements. Management of superannuation funds requirements. Provision of Payroll Reports for Management. Management of 3rd Party Relationships and Payments. Quality and process improvements: Ensure a continuous focus on improving the quality and efficiency of the payroll services function. Relationship management and teamwork. Professional development and growth: Develop professionally and share relevant knowledge and information with others in the team, in order to contribute to a high-performance culture and the ongoing growth of the Organisation. Ideal Candidate
5+ years end to end payroll experience in a medium to large company, including exposure to and an understanding of awards and EAs. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Great attitude and willingness to learn. Moderate Excel skills. Ability to work independently, but also collaborate as a team. Experience working with Preceda and Kronos is highly regarded. Additional skills required for New Zealand
5+ years end to end New Zealand payroll experience in a medium to large company. Solid knowledge and application of current employment and payroll related legislation, including exposure to Employment Legislation and New Zealand Holidays Act, tax, KiwiSaver and other entitlements.
