Payroll Coordinator

Sedgman Limited is part of the CIMIC Group's mineral processing company and is a leading provider of mineral processing and associated infrastructure solutions to the global resources industry. We are a full project life cycle delivery company incorporating the development, project execution and ongoing operations phases of each project.
The role will require but not be limited to: Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly outsourced payrolls. Assisting with the onboarding of new employees by processing new hires in various platforms and working with candidates to ensure paperwork is accurately completed in full. Ensuring personnel files are maintained, up to date, scanned and archived when necessary. Ad hoc administration projects as required. Participating in internal/external audits as required. Performing general ledger reconciliations of payroll clearing accounts as required. Making changes to employee payroll data in accordance with policy and procedure in a timely manner. Handling payroll queries in a timely fashion in accordance with SLA's. Continuous improvement of procedures and systems. Calculating third party payments. Assisting with end of month processes. What are we looking for? 3+ years payroll experience. Excel – intermediate skills. Experience delivering end-to-end payroll. Experience interpreting EBA's/ECA's. Attention to detail.
