The Contract: 13 months Full Time, Fixed-Term, 80.0 hours per fortnight Parental Leave Contract.
The Position: Working in a supportive and experienced team of professionals, the Payroll Coordinator will ensure that payroll requirements are undertaken with accuracy and within required guidelines.
The Payroll Coordinator will undertake day to day management, employee development and support to payroll team members in the provision of first-class service.
In addition, this role will focus on continuous improvement in work processes and optimal use of payroll systems in use at BRHS.
Key criteria you need: * A minimum of 3 years' experience in end to end payroll.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience leading a small work group.
* Highly developed skills and knowledge in an industry standard payroll/HR software system.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate the activities of a small, well-functioning work group.
* Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality improvement and the ability to develop and improve workplace systems to achieve best practice.
