We work on different pay cycles (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly) and the success of this team is based on being a team player. Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to:Personnel records are up to date and accurateMinimum standards for document handling and filing are metCollecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain Payroll informationEnsure all payroll processes completed in a timely and accurate mannerBuilding and maintaining relationships with key members of the businessCompile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, terminations etc.All queries are to be attended to in a prompt manner in accordance with our minimum standardsUnderstanding of the Flight Centre Agreement as well as all other remuneration models/agreements within the businessClear understanding of Payroll and Fair Work legislation changes and identify/raise when this impacts the FCTG PayrollAbout You...A dedicated team playerFocus on relationship buildingHigh attention to detailCustomer service orientedOrganise work efficientlyUpholds company philosophiesSound working knowledge of excelMinimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar roleExperience working with Ascender Payroll system desirableWe are seeking an energetic and adaptable Payroll Consultant with strong work ethic, attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills to join our dynamic Payroll Operations team at Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG).
